Motorsticker.com works together with PostNL for sending the tracked parcels. PostNL works internationally with shipping partners.

DELIVERY TIME
We are known for our fast delivery times. All delivery times that we use apply from receipt of payment. Products that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. The other stickers that we custom make for you will be sent within 2-3 working days. Stickers that need to be printed have a delivery time of approx. 7-10 working days, which seems like a long time, but quality takes time. How long a shipment is on the way differs per destination. View your shipping time in the table at the shipping costs.

We mainly use letterbox packages, including track and trace, to send orders.
For large packages, such as large pieces of sticker film, the shipping costs may be higher because we have to use a different, more expensive, shipping option.

Because of VAT / Tax differences between countries, prices can differ a bit from the table below.

Tracking shipments

When you choose parcel shipping, you can follow your shipment. You will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our door.

DELIVERY

Most orders we sent by envelope so they will arrive, even if you are not at home.
The carriers for parcel shipping choose their own schedule for deliveries. Remember that you need to be present at the delivery address during working days from 9 till 5 in order to receive your order. It remains your responsibility to make arrangements for the way that the order is received at the delivery address.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Despite the high quality of our products, it can occur that you receive a product that is not perfect. If that happens we’d like to provide you with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

ALWAYS 1 YEAR WARRANTY

We are convinced of the quality of the products we offer. Therefore we always give 1 year guarantee on all your purchases.

14 DAY MONEY-BACK PERIOD

Motorsticker.com operates a 14 day approval and inspection period for all online orders. This period starts when you have received the product. After 14 days the purchase agreement becomes final.
During this period you should handle the product and packaging carefully, if reasonably possible. Try the product out to the extent necessary in order to decide whether you wish to keep it. The product can be vieuwd and reviewed, as you would do in a shop. When there is damage to the product or its packaging, this will be deducted from the return. When the product is used in this period, and now returned, the costs for use, such as cleaning or repair costs, will be deducted from the return.
When you return a product within the 14 day money-back period, we are obliged to pay you the purchase price, including shipping and any debit or administration costs, back within 14 days from receiving your return.

DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT

All products are packaged safely and checked by Motorsticker.com before shipping. If you nevertheless do receive a damaged product, please report the damage before returning the order.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

There are a number of reasons you may decide to return (a part of) your order. Read this page through carefully to avoid any misunderstandings and delays. If you wish to return a product, the method of shipment and the condition of the product must comply with our stated return terms and conditions.

Returns Form

For the return of a shipment we use a return form. By filling in this form and sending it to us, you let us you know that you want to return your shipment. When we have received this form, we will start processing your return. You can always call or e-mail to discuss your return.

Return Shipment and Costs

The correct postal franking costs must always be paid for a return shipment. Packages not correctly franked or marked as returned subject to payment on delivery will not be accepted by us. Motorsticker.com reimburses the postal costs after returning in case the return is a result of an mistake by Motorsticker.com or when there is a defective product. If you are entitled to a refund of the shipping costs, we apply a maximum fee. You can also choose to bring the product back or exchange it at the Motorsticker.com office. This is fast, easy and free of charge.

Excluded from return

All stickers that we custom make for you are excluded for return. All products that are sold in the ‘B-stock’ or ‘Out of range’ department are excluded for return. After pasting the stickers, it is also no longer possible to return these products.

UP TO DATE SUPPLY STATUS

Motorsticker.com works with an up-to-date supply status that is shown on our website. So you’re always up to date or the item is in stock, we custom make it for you or the product needs to be ordered at one of our suppliers. When you order multiple products, then automatically the longest delivery time is valid.

In stock

When the webshop shows three green dots with the text expected delivery time in 1-2 working days, then the product is in stock. When you order on working days and you pay through PayPal, iDeal, MisterCash or AfterPay, you can receive the order within 1-2 working days. For international shipments, the delivery can take one to three working days more.

Custom made

When the webshop shows three green dots with the text expected delivery time in 2-3 working days, then the product is custom made when ordered. When you order on working days and you pay through PayPal, iDeal, MisterCash or AfterPay, you can receive the order within 2-3 working days. For international shipments, the delivery can take one to three working days more.

Limited in stock

When two yellow dots are displayed, the product is limited in stock. The product is in stock, but if it is ordered several times, then the delivery time might be longer because the product has to be ordered at one of our suppliers.

Out of stock

When one red dot is displayed, the product is currently not in stock. Of course, you can place your order, if the sticker has to be printed, we can deliver it within 7-10 days.

We do our best to offer our products as complete as possible, so you can install them on your motorcycle yourself.

Have you bought stickers, but would you prefer to let us apply them for you? That is possible! We cooperate with Probikes in Nunspeet and can use a dry work area with bridge for the professional application of stickers. E-mail us for more information or a free quotation.
