Terms and Conditions is entitled to refuse returns if one of the conditions has not been satisfied.

  • When returning goods you should always complete the return form.
  • You should allways enclose a copy of your return form with your return.
  • Goods returned should be sent undamaged and complete in their original packaging with adequate additional packaging around this and no stickers on the original packaging.
  • Damage and/or use of adhesive tape (adhesive tape cannot be removed without causing damage to the product) could constitute a reason for us to reject returned goods.
  • Goods should always be well packed so as to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Goods should always be returned to us with sufficient postage paid. We will not accept packages sent without postage paid or as cash on delivery.
  • Shipping costs will only be credited to you if is responsible for the fault and/or the problem and if the products have been returned in proper outer packaging. If whilst being returned to us a product (or its packaging) sustains damage as a result of poor packaging, we will call or e-mail you and agree what percentage of the replacement value will be credited. This only applies to return shipments.
  • If it turns out that the returned product has no demonstrable defect, we will be required to charge you a fee of € 35.
