Kawasaki ZX-9R SpecialGP style: full color rim striping in the colors blue, white and black with a set of 9R rim logos.

SpecialGP Striping is high quality MotoGP style rim striping that is created by Motorsticker.com. The stickers are printed digitally and are cut afterwards. The stickers are printed on high quality thick vinyl. The printed striping is protected by laminate and therefore are weather-, gas- and high pressure proof. The design of the striping is different for the right and left side and fits 17 inch wheels perfectly. SpecialGP striping is easily applicable with help of application instructions and an instruction video.

We have a version for motorcycles with black rims and a version for motorcycles with other rim colors. The version for black rims has the well-known black gradients and is printed on black, the version for other rim colors has no gradients to black and is completely cut out, so the color of the rim becomes visible.

SpecialGP Striping is sent in an envelope for free within the Netherlands. Shipping costs to Belgium are €1,50 . Shipping to any country besides the Netherlands and Belgium costs €3,50.

What comes with this set? SpecialGP Striping is 7 mm wide and fits rims with a 17” radius. Each set consists of 16 stripes, which provides for both sides of both rims. Two spare stripes are included. Each set comes with 4 rim logos, 2 for the front rim and 2 for the back rim. Detailed application instructions are printed and included in each set, and can be found digitally on the website as well.

Application instructions Rim striping SpecialGP Kawasaki ZX-9R

(For additional convenience, put your bike on a paddock stand.)

1. Remove any dust or grease from the rim with a soft cloth, using detergent if necessary.
2. Steering clear of the artwork, cut out each stripe with a sharp pair of scissors.
3. Note the difference between stripes for left and right wheel sides.
4. Apply stripes one at a time, leaving a gap of about 54mm between each.
5. Cut out and apply the rim logos: large on the rear and small on the front wheel.

Done.

If you plan on keeping the stripes for over 7 years (!), quickly go over them with a heat gun or hair dryer and spray with clear varnish upon application.
