Each of our tank pads has a unique design. Some are designed by us and are not available anywhere else!

Our tank pads protect the tank from scratches caused by motorcycle apparel (buckles, zippers etc.). Aside from this practical aspect, tank pads give the look of your motorcycle something extra. The tank pads are made out of PVC, which is very soft but strong material and sun- and gas proof. All tank pads fit your motorcycle perfectly. The widest parts measure approximately 210mm x 165mm. The tank pad is 1.5mm thick.

Application instructions Tank Pad Honda Hornet

Preperation:

Make sure that the surface is easily reachable.
Degrease the tank with a soft cloth. Remove any dust or grease.
Remove the excess material surrounding the tank pad with a sharp pair of scissors.

Instructions:

Place the tank pad on the desired position with a piece of masking tape vertically over the tank pad.
Paste a piece of masking tape horizontally across the tank pad to hold it in position during the process.
Tear off the masking tape on the top along the edge of the tank pad.
Remove the foil behind the tank pad from the top untill the horizontal tape and cut it off.
Paste the upper part of the tank pad on the tank. Make sure the tape on the tank pad again reaches the tape on the tank. Rub the tank pad well, first from bottom to top and then from the center outward.
Tear off the masking tape on the bottom along the edge of the tank pad.
Remove the horizontal masking tape and remove the rest of the foil behind the tank pad.
Paste the lower part of the tank pad on the tank. Make sure the tape on the tank pad again reaches the tape on the tank. Rub the tank pad well, first from top to bottom and then from the center outward.
Remove the vertical masking tape and your tank pad is applied.
